In this fast paced world the practices of meditation and pranayama (breath control) have never been more relevant. When living fast our breath tends to shorten while our mind has a hard time letting go of controlling, analyzing and judging. This has a direct effect on our nervous system increasing both physical and mental stress.
In this workshop we create the opportunity for you to destress and calm down while connecting deeper with yourself. We teach you methods you can integrate into your busy lives to make them fuller and happier.
We provide you with tools to start your own pranayama and meditation practice at home, and a down to earth explanation of why and how the techniques work.
The workshop is open for all – beginners as well as long time practitioners.
