Yin Yang Yoga and Mindfulness workshop in Zürich

A time of transition as we move from Spring into the warmer Summer months. Come and join us for a calming workshop incorporating Mindfulness meditation, Vinyasa flow and longer held Yin postures. 

In English.  

This workshop is suitable for someone with some experience in either yoga or meditation. Yin yoga is a practise of passive holding of postures for longer periods of time and reaches the deeper tissues of the body.

Parking is free of charge on Sundays. So you can stay for as long as you want to both in the blue and white parking areas. 
The studio can be reached as follows: 
- 2 min from Helvetiaplatz, Tram 8 & Bus 32
- 3 min from Kalkbreite, Tram 2 & 3 
- 3 min from Bäckeranlage, Bus 31
Tram no. 3 and bus no. 31 are direct connections from the main train station. (approx.. 10 min. tram / bus ride)

Full day workshops 

A full day workshop gives you the opportunity to be introduced to and practise a variety of mindfulness practises with the chance to further deepen your awareness of mindfulness. You will be introduced to the science behind the practises and appreciate the benefits of practising mindfulness in our frantic world. We will get the chance to explore mindful movement as a concept, and to spend some time in silence to deepen your awareness of mindfulness. We end the day with some time for you to consider how to integrate mindfulness into your life. The day workshop begins at 10 and ends at 5pm with a half hour lunch break.

Retreats

Weekend Meditation and Yoga Retreats

A weekend retreat is a powerful opportunity for meditators to expand and deepen their practice. Participants will learn a simple series of yin yoga poses and breathing exercises and these will be combined with multiple mindfulness meditation sessions. This programme can help release deeply rooted stresses and fatigue and bring about a sense of calm and a restoration of mind body balance.
